- Cladding of the whole Office Complex with mosaic 2x2cm and curtain wall system
- Construction of surface water drainage system, below the building, due to the fact that the foundation was under the water level
- Conversion of the Office Complex to ‘Alpha Bank’ Offices under strict timeframes
